- The purpose of the HOA's governance function is to ensure the effective and ethical management of the community. The HOA is governed by a Board of Seven Directors that are elected by the homeowners. The Board is responsible for the planning, budgeting, project selection, policy development, and financial management.
- Committees are formed to recommend policy and perform specific tasks for the Board and the membership.The General Manager executes these policies and tasks with the help of the staff. The staff ensures effective communication, manages day-to-day operations, enforces rules, and supports the well-being of the community’s members.
